Drawing on experience gained as part of the Equitone technical team, support was provided throughout the design phase to help integrate the Equitone fiber cement material into the project's ventilated rainscreen façade assembly. Responsibilities included reviewing architectural drawings, façade details, and design submittals to verify compliance with manufacturer requirements, accepted rainscreen design principles, and project-specific performance objectives.

Technical guidance was provided on panel layout, attachment systems, support framing, cavity wall design, movement joints, moisture management, and integration with adjacent building enclosure components. Close collaboration with the architect and design team helped resolve technical questions, refine façade detailing, and develop coordinated construction documents that balanced design intent, constructability, and long-term enclosure performance.
